A: The knowledge of the agent or chatbot is created and designed by us and the business stakeholders specifically for the individual business. It can have as much general industry or specific practice knowledge as you prefer. Most of the questions will be about appointment availability, location, and payment options.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: As each solution is custom, the cost varies a little, but if you are not completely satisfied within 90 days, we have a money back guarantee.

Q: Does your team operate only online?

A: No. Our first meeting will be online. But we can meet in person, and sometimes need to for analysis, implementation, and support.

Q: Does your team only work in Arizona?

A: Our primary service area is Arizona, but we travel when required. If you need help let us know.

A: Our primary focus is delivering top-notch solutions for small businesses, we can resolve the mundane tasks for business of any size or type.

Q: Will AI take my job away?

A: Not today. It is good at routine tasks and what it can be programmed to do at this point, and that requires a bit of training, coaxing and maintenance. It will be capable of more someday, but it is estimated that 97 million new jobs will be created along the way.
